the breakfast buffet offered different options daily. i particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice. there was also fruit and drinks available at the entrance, a nice touch. i also liked the rooftop terrace with tables. it was a good spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the city views.
my room had no window. this. i also noticed some noise coming from other buildings. it wasn't guest noise but something else.

The staff were helpful. The securities, Doña Irene, Sr. Raul, and Laura offered the best service. The breakfast buffet was varied, including Mexican cuisine, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee, eggs, and quesadillas.
The room lacked a mini fridge, quite standard in most hotels. I also noticed considerable noise from a machine room, causing a slamming sound approximately every thirty seconds.

the hotel was very clean and the location was close to historic sites.
i was disappointed that my safety box malfunctioned staff said they would arrange help but no one came i also found it perplexing that staff suspected me of taking a hanger and almost withheld my deposit over it furthermore i found a roach in the room it was unacceptable.
